MOM Services Centre offers services on issues relating to Employment Act, foreign manpower management, occupational safety & health, and work injury compensation matters.

Customers with appointments are required to bring along their appointment letters and identity card (NRIC or work pass) for registration at the registration kiosks in Hall A. Customers without appointments may have to wait to be attended to (queue tickets will be issued until 4.30pm). Please read our service standards.

Customers are encouraged to take public transport to the MOM Services Centre as there are limited parking lots. The nearest public carpark is 10 minutes walk away. Please view the location details for more transport information.
