If I am a single parent, am I eligible for childcare leave?

Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

If your child is in primary school, you may also be eligible for extended childcare leave.

Note: Single parents refer to individuals who are divorced, widowed or unwed and raising a child.
