How will the increase in S Pass minimum qualifying salary for renewals from 1 September 2024 affect my organisation’s PMET count under COMPASS?

The fixed monthly salary for PMET count under COMPASS C3 (Diversity) and C4 (Support for local employment) is aligned to the S Pass minimum qualifying salary.

To get your PMET count that is based on your employees' salaries, we will get the following information from:

  • Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions made by your organisation
  • Fixed monthly salaries declared in your work pass applications.

On the 6th day of each month, we will update your organisation's COMPASS workforce profile on myMOM Portal, based on an average of the last three months of available salary data.
