What should I do if my postal code was not recognised while applying for a new factory licence?

If your postal code was not recognised while applying for a new factory licence, you should:

  1. Scan a copy of your Certificate of Numbering from IRAS.
  2. Email to licences-helpdesk@crimsonlogic.com, stating the issue and attaching the Certificate of Numbering.
  3. After 1 working day, you can apply for a new factory licence again.
