If TAFEP finds that employers have not adhered to the TG-FWAR in properly considering FWA requests, they will guide the employer on how to do so. They will also provide the necessary resources on how to implement FWAs in an effective and sustainable manner.
In cases where employers are uncooperative and/or wilfully refuse to comply with the TG-FWAR, MOM may issue a warning and require them to attend mandatory workshops.
