I’m the legal representative of the injured worker. I cannot find the report to be purchased after logging in to WSH Incident Reporting. How can I purchase the iReport?

You must first update your legal representation at the Management of Work Injury Compensation (WIC) Claims.

You will need the case reference, injured employee’s identity number and date of the accident.

Once the representation is updated in EmPOWER, you need to appoint yourself as the legal representative.

You can then log in to WSH Incident Reporting to purchase the iReport after 3 working days.
