What are the requirements for uploading documents in WSH Incident Reporting eService?

To upload documents to WSH Incident Reporting eService:

Ensure that your scanned copies are clear and correct. If not, you may be asked to resubmit them.
Each document must be in PDF format and under 2MB in size.
