As the results of the KETs verification tool depends on your input, it may not be according to your acutal contract or entitlements. For example, the Singapore Standard Occupational Classification (SSOC) that you input doesn’t match your actual job scope.
If the KETs verification tool shows an EA violation based on your inputs, you should first approach your employer (or HR department) to seek clarifications on your contractual terms.
