Do I need to submit an incident report to NEA and SCDF if I already reported it through WSH incident reporting?

No.

MHD will forward a copy of your report to NEA and SCDF if you have reported it through WSH incident reporting.

This report does not replace notification to relevant agencies for emergency response purposes.
