What should I do after completing the self-assessment checklist?

If your assessment shows that your entity fulfils the requirements of a platform operator, you should:

• Notify MOM of your status as a platform operator using the relevant link below for:
  • Notification for Singapore UEN-registered platform operators
  • Notification for other platform operators (individuals or foreign-based entities)
    Note: Platform workers who wish to opt-in to receive CPF contributions should not use the links above.
• Ensure that your entity makes CPF contributions and obtains work injury compensation insurance for your platform workers, as well as meet all other obligations under the Platform Workers Act 2024, from 1 January 2025.
