What should I do after completing the self-assessment checklist?

If your assessment shows that your company fulfils the criteria of a platform operator, you should:

• Notify MOM of your status as a platform operator using the relevant link below for:
  • Singapore UEN-registered companies
  • Others, including individuals trading under own name
• Ensure that your company makes CPF contributions and obtains work injury compensation insurance for your platform workers, as well as meet all other obligations under the Platform Workers Act 2024, from 1 January 2025.
