No. You will continue to receive the levy concession for one month after the eligible person has passed away. This is to give you time to transfer or send your helper home if you do not wish to continue hiring them.
To continue to enjoy the levy concession, you need to be living with another eligible person.
If there is no eligible person living with you and you wish to continue hiring your helper after this one-month period, you will need to start paying the full levy rate.
