Why am I not able to see the appeal button even though my Work Permit application was recently rejected?

While your rejected application is within the 30-day appeal window after the outcome, you will not be able to submit an appeal if:

• There is already an appeal submitted for the rejected application on the same day. 
• There is an outstanding appeal/application for the same candidate.
• The status of the latest appeal is ‘IPA revoked/issued/cancelled’.
• There is a pending data amendment request for the candidate.
• The user’s account is partially suspended.
