In accordance with the WSH Act, is my company responsible for subcontractors working on our premises?

Yes. Your company is responsible for ensuring that work can be carried out safely on your premises. For example, you'll have to provide proper access to work areas.

Each subcontractor will also be responsible as the employer of their workers.
