Apply for Corppass account if you don't have one.

Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:

Log in to Corppass.
Go to the eService Access tab.
Choose WSH eServices as one of your company's eServices.
Assign WSH eServices to your Corppass account.

You will need:

Your Corppass or Singpass ID.
Audited company's workplace number, workplace name and address of the employer.
Name and NRIC of WSH auditor.
Final audit report (maximum file size is 2MB).

Approved WSH auditor	Submit or amend returned audit report to re-submit. Check submission status. View submission records.
WSH Auditing Organisation representative	Submit or amend returned audit report to re-submit for all WSH auditors with your company. Check submission status of all WSH auditors. View submission records.
Company eService user	Submit or amend returned audit report to re-submit. Check submission status. View submission records.
