To ask the Minister for Manpower (a) what is the number of companies in Singapore who hire more than 100 employees in 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995, 2005 and 2015 respectively; and (b) what is the total number of employees hired by these companies in 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995, 2005 and 2015 respectively.
To ask the Minister for Manpower (a) what is the number of companies in Singapore who hire more than 1,000 employees in 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995, 2005 and 2015 respectively; and (b) what is the total number of employees hired by these companies in 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995, 2005 and 2015 respectively.

- The number of private sector establishments1 that hire more than 100 employees2 and more than 1,000 employees is provided in Table 1.
