To ask the Minister for Manpower whether the proposed Workplace Fairness Legislation will apply to employees whose incomes are sourced overseas, such as seafarers in Singapore-flagged vessels.

Answer:

1. The Tripartite Committee on Workplace Fairness is still considering the issue and will release its recommendations in due course.
