You can renew your status as a work injury compensation (WIC) designated insurer for employers or platform operators (PO).

    • If you are renewing your status as a WIC designated insurer for employers and PO, you need to pay two sets of fees.
  • Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
  • After approval, pay an annual fee.
    • If you are a WIC designated  insurer for employers and PO, you need to pay two sets of designation fees.

How to renew

To renew your status as a WIC designated insurer:

  1. Download and print the conditions for WIC designated insurer.
  2. Get endorsement to adhere and abide by the Conditions. Your company’s Chief Executive Officer (or equivalent) must sign on the printed copy of the Conditions.
  3. Convert the signed copy of the Conditions to PDF.
  4. Renew online, you need Corppass.
  5. Attach the scanned PDF copy of the Conditions.
  6. You will receive an email with instructions to pay $200 fee online. We will only process your application upon payment.
  7. You will receive an email on the outcome of your application within 2 weeks of payment.
