You can apply to renew your Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) registration online. You only need to renew the licence for your head office. Renewal for a branch office is not required.

How to renew
- Log in to apply. Upload all supporting documents (see Documents required).
- (Optional) Log in to check your application status.
Documents required
For steam piping, you will need the following documents:
- Letter stating that you want to renew your certificate and an update on any changes.
- ISO 9001 certification or a set of the company’s quality assurance manual.
- Inspection Body Accreditation certificate for ISO/IEC 17020 or equivalent certification.
- Organisation chart of the branch office.
- A list of approved inspectors employed by the company.
- (For steam piping only) Business registration certificate from ACRA.
For Lifting Equipment, you will need the following documents:
- Letter stating that you want to renew your certificate and an update on any changes.
- Valid ISO 9001 certification.
- A valid Inspection Body Accreditation Certificate to ISO/IEC 17020.
- A list of approved inspectors employed by the company.
