Before you can log in to the OBS:
- You need to have a Corppass account. Apply for Corppass account if you do not have one.
- Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign OBS to your Corppass account:
- Log in to Corppass.
- Go to the eService Access tab.
- Choose Onboard Booking System (OBS) as one of your company's eServices.
- Assign Onboard Booking System (OBS) to your Corppass account.
- Refer to the user guide for detailed instructions.

Employers and employment agencies will be able to access complete information of all your Onboard bookings made in the OBS.

- Have an upcoming Onboard booking

You will not be allowed to make new bookings if there are outstanding payments. In such cases, you will be prompted to settle the outstanding amount. Payment instructions can be found in the email reminders we have sent. Payment can be made using the provided payment link or QR code in the email.
Ensure you have the following information of your worker:
- FIN
- Nationality/ Citizenship
- Dietary preference
- Preferred language for the Settling-in Programme
- Employer's UEN
- Pre-entry housing check approval for your worker
You will also need your credit or debit card details to make payment.

Yes, you will be required to make full payment at the point of booking to secure your worker's Onboard slot.
The invoice status in the OBS under "My booking" will be reflected as 'Paid' once the payment is successfully processed, serving as an official receipt.
If your worker's Onboard slot is cancelled, refund will be made automatically to the credit or debit card used to make the payment less the non-refundable fee. The refund status and amount will be available for viewing in the OBS under "My booking".
No, the OBS will not allow a duplicate booking to be made for the same worker.
No, bookings are non-transferrable. The OBS's eligibility checks will be done during the booking of Onboard slots for each worker. Hence, the OBS will not allow the transfer of bookings from one worker to another.
You can make a booking between 4 to 90 days before your worker's planned check-in date.
Are there any differences between booking as an employer and booking as an employment agency?Show
The booking process is identical for both parties. However, only the party that made the booking can view and make amendments to the details of the booking.
