As homeowners, you can check the number of migrant workers staying in an HDB flat or private residential premises (PRP). You can also remove migrant workers who have left your HDB flat or PRP.
Homeowners can:
- Remove migrant workers who are no longer residing in the HDB flat or PRP.
- Block your properties from being registered as an address for migrant workers.
For individual homeowners
You can login using your Singpass. You don't need to register to use this eService.
If you don't have a Singpass, you can register for one.
For companies
You need the following ready before logging in to FWTES:
- Address of HDB flat or PRP.
- Corppass. Apply for Corppass account if you don’t have one.
- Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:
- Log in to Corppass.
- Go to the eService Access tab.
- Choose Foreign Employee Compliance eServices as one of your company's eServices.
- Assign Foreign Employee Compliance eServices to your Corppass account.
- Log in to your Corppass account.
- Go to Assigned eServices tab. You should see Foreign Employee Compliance eServices listed as one of your assigned eServices.
If Foreign Manpower eServices is not listed as one of your assigned eServices, please ask your Singpass admin or sub-admin to assign the eService to you.
An SMS will be sent to you when one or more work pass holder(s) has been registered at your Private Residential Premises (PRP). This is to inform you on the tenant registration and prevent any unauthorised use of your address.
Log into FWTES to validate your tenant(s) and remove any unauthorised tenants (if any).
Yes. You will be able to reinstate the tenant(s) who have been removed in the past 1 month as long as your property is still within the occupancy limit.

Log into FWTES with your Singpass.
- Select the property that you have accidentally removed your tenants.
- Select the tenant(s) that you would like to reinstate back to the property.
- Verify the details entered in Confirm Details screen and <Submit>.
- Acknowledgement Screen – It will indicate that the property has been updated successfully.
