The KETs verification tool can be used by both employers and employees to:
- Generate KETs on work arrangements and salary, based on the agreed work schedule.
- Compute the daily or hourly rate of pay and amount of overtime payment.
- Check that the KETs comply with the Employment Act and provide suggestions to rectify any non-compliant terms.
It is intended for planning and verification purposes. Information entered will not be used for MOM’s enforcement.
By using the KETs verification tool, you will have a better understanding of the Employment Act requirements, and therefore are less likely to breach the Employment Act on working hours and salary payments. This will prevent downstream disputes.
