You have 30 days to appeal against an unsuccessful Work Permit application, but you should only do so if you can address the reasons for the rejection.
When to appeal
There will be no change in the outcome unless you can provide new information or have taken action to address the rejection reason. You should only appeal if you can address the issues in the rejection advisory.
You need to submit the appeal within 30 days of the rejection. If you miss this deadline, you will need to submit a new application which will be assessed based on the prevailing criteria.
If you have recently submitted a request to update the candidate’s personal particulars, please wait for the outcome before submitting your appeal.
Who can appeal
Only the prospective employer or employment agent who submitted the application can make enquiries or appeals. We will not process enquiries or appeals from the candidate, or anyone else.

You can submit an appeal by clicking on the appeal button. If the button is not available, find out the possible reasons.
