Apply for a Letter of Consent for ICA-issued LTVP/LTVP+ holders
You can apply for a Letter of Consent to hire eligible LTVP/LTVP+ holders to work in Singapore.

Candidates can only begin working after the employer receives the LOC.
Submit an application
Processing time: 1 week. Some cases will take more time.
To apply:
- Get a written consent to apply for the LOC from the candidate.
- Log in to EP eService on myMOM Portal to fill out the application and upload the required documents.
Ensure that your organisation’s turnover information for the past 3 years has been updated before submitting the application. - Check your application status after 1 week. It may take longer if additional information or documents are required.
If your application is still pending after 1 week, please check your email for our request of additional documents.You will need to submit the documents > Work Passes > Choose the application record > Submit documents. Alternatively, select ‘View details’ to see the action required from you.
- If the LOC is approved, we will email you the outcome.
