Note: You may only submit 1 work pass application per candidate at a time. For example, you may only apply for either an Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass or Employment Pass for your candidate at any one time. |

Features of the pass
The key features of the pass include the following:
- Exemption from Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) and Fair Consideration Framework job advertising requirements
- Flexibility to concurrently start, operate and work for multiple companies at any one time (subject to your employment contract terms, where relevant)
- No need to reapply for a pass if you change jobs
- Availability of passes for eligible family members
- Your spouse will be able to apply to work on a Letter of Consent.
You may be required to pay income tax.

Apply for the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass and wait for the outcome.

(If your pass is approved) Get an in-principle approval letter.

Ensure that you comply with the latest travel requirements.

Get your pass issued and receive a notification letter stating whether registration is required.

(If required) Make an appointment for the candidate to register fingerprints and photo.

Receive your pass card at the address provided 5 working days after registration or document verification.

Notify MOM about your professional activities and annual income by 31 January of the next year.
You should also notify MOM about any changes to your residential address or personal information.

Apply for a replacement if your pass card is lost, stolen or damaged.

Cancel your pass if you no longer require it.
