Buying a Primary Care Plan (PCP) from Anchor Operators

You must buy a PCP from the Anchor Operator (AO) that manages the zone where your workers stay. AOs are medical service providers appointed by MOM.

Who can buy For workers who must have a PCP, employers can buy the PCP from the AO designated for their worker’s zone. If the worker stays overseas and commutes daily to Singapore for work, you can buy the PCP for either the zone where they work or the zone where it is easiest for them to seek medical attention.
How much it costs
  • Prices range from $108 to $138 per worker per year.
  • The prices differ between the different AOs, depending on the size of the zone they manage.
  • You can pay by monthly instalments via GIRO.

Find your worker's zone and Anchor Operator

Each Anchor Operator manages a zone (from Zone A to Zone F).

To find the zone where your worker stays, check the first 2 digits of their postal code and match it to the zone below to view the AO, PCP price and buying instructions.

If your worker's postal code is 65XXXX, you must buy a PCP from zone F's AO, which is St Andrew's Mission Hospital.

Covered under the Onboard centre fees and excluded from the PCP price during the first year.

Not required to go through the Onboard centre

Covered under the PCP price. Contact the Anchor Operator directly to conduct the medical examination.

You will need to pay for the medical examination upfront and the rest of the PCP in monthly instalments.
